This is a nomination form for election to the Board of Directors of Walpole Media Corporation (WMC)

There will be two (2) positions on the board to be elected by the members at the Annual Meeting of the corporation. The meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 7:00pm.

To join the Zoom Meeting, please email [email protected] with the subject, ‘Annual Meeting’ no later than Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 5:00pm.

Voting is limited to one person per dwelling. No proxy or absentee ballots are allowed.

Voting subscriber must be a resident of Walpole, and at least 18 years of age as of the above date.

To be placed on the Board of Director ballot, a completed nomination form must be returned to Walpole Media Corp. by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2026. Nomination forms may be found on our website, www.walpolemedia.tv or by emailing [email protected].
